“Data Pocket Saver/Data Saver (“offer”) allowance is for mobile internet usage in the Czech Republic.
Allowances & validity: Allowances are valid for the period stated in the bundle. Any remaining allowance the stated period will not be carried over into the next period.
Customers who, before the expiration of the 30 days' period, opt for different bundles within the same bundle group, shall lose the possibly leftover allowance of the former bundle, being granted of the allowance relevant to the newly opted bundle for the next 30 days' period.
Outside of bundle usage: Data used outside of the bundle will be charged at the standard rates as published on the Vectone Mobile Czech Republic website.
Promotional credit: Credit which Vectone Mobile has given to customers for free (Promotional Credit) cannot be used towards purchasing a bundle.
Roaming: Offer allowances cannot be used while roaming.
Tethering: Customers should note that Vectone Mobile does not offer data tethering.
Balance: Check your account balance by dialing *102#.
Allowances: Check your bundle allowances and renewal date by dialing *9002#.
Auto renewal: We will ensure that you always have data by auto-renewing your bundle, just keep your SIM topped up. The charge for the bundle will be deducted from your balance.
Auto-renewal cancellation: If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal feature, dial *9003# before the expiry/renewal date and follow the instructions.
Confirmation: Please wait for our confirmation message when selecting a bundle or having your bundles renewed. This will ensure that the bundle is active. Use of any of Vectone services requires acceptance of Vectone Mobile Standard Terms and Conditions.
